What is Speravi? What do you actually sell?

Speravi doesn’t sell objects ; we sell a way of living. Each item in our collection is chosen and styled to make the right actions easier, more attractive, and delightfully repeatable. How much does shipping cost and how long will delivery take?

We offer FREE shipping on ALL Orders!

The shipment of your product is our highest priority, and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier's warehouses to the destination which typically takes 7-14 days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, and we’ll do our best to help. If you need to update or cancel, contact info@speravi.us right away with your order number and the change you’d like. If we can intercept the order before it leaves our partner, we will. If it’s already on the way, we’ll explain the simplest return or exchange route and support you through it until you’re satisfied.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?

If anything arrives damaged, or if something is missing, please email info@speravi.us with photos and your order number. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll respond quickly with clear options: a replacement, a refund, or another solution that makes sense. Your experience matters more than the process ; we’ll make it right.

What is your return policy and how do returns work?

We want every Speravi purchase to feel like the right one. If an item doesn’t suit you, return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, contact info@speravi.us with your order number and reason for return; we’ll walk you through the steps and provide any labels or instructions you need. (Some final-sale or limited items may have different terms noted on the product page.)

Choose a single, small ritual you want to keep (morning breathwork, a 5-minute tidy, a two-minute gratitude pause), then pick one object that gently supports that action. We also offer curated starter bundles that pair a simple ritual with the tools to keep you consistent for seven days : a soft, confident way to build momentum.

Can I send a gift or include a message?
